Sharing a Kamalashila Ticket with a Friend

We are so happy to finally be able to explain to you, how and in which way you can share your All-Event-Ticket for the Kamalashila Institut® Events at the Nürburgring:

You can share your all-event-ticket with a friend only if you accurately stick to all of the following steps:
  1. After the event in the afternoon you go to our ticket-counter in the event location with the request to share a ticket with a friend. We then take off your event-wristband. In this way it is ensured, that the next day only one person per ticket gets access to the event.
  2. You have to show your ticket and tell us the full name of the new attendeewith whom you want to share the ticket for the next day. We record your name, the name of the new attendee and the ticket category in an entry list for the next day.
  3. On the next day, the new attendee checks in at our ticket-counter with the same data, which you gave us the day before: The name of the previous attendee, the name of the new attendee and the ticket category of the ticket. If the data is identical with that on our list, the new attendee is granted access and gets an event-wristband.

IMPORTANT ! Exchange the information with the new attendee ! IMPORTANT
If the data given by the new attendee (name oft he previous attendee, the name oft he new attendee, the ticket category) is not identical with that on our list, access cannot be granted! The responsibility stays with the attendees!
